The project

The client had for project to offer luxury cruises to people wishing to immerse themselves in Mexican culture and the breathtaking environment this country has to offer. The customer had a personal experience of Mexican boating and culture that he really wanted to share, and offer a product that didn't yet exist in Cozumel.  Whether scuba diving, sailing or trekking to cultural sites such as the Mayan ruins, he has crafted a tailor-made cruise for people who care about an unforgettable trip.

Needs

Luxury had to be defined in a very precise way, as it was vital that it did not detract from the human and adventurous aspect that the customer wanted to preserve. It was out of the question to offer a high-end experience with guests who were temperamental to the point of complicating the experience. It's a cruise with a top-of-the-range boat and very comfortable but in the middle of nature for at least a week. This requires a certain amount of adaptation as the boat can receive up to 10 guests!

Challenges

- Clarifying the client concept from an idea to a top digital experience, for people who are ready to spend tens of thousands of dollars. The website needed to deliver high-quality content and confirm the they can trust the company for their next holidays.
- Implementing a smart UserJourney and User Experience that would make users feel comfortable in the information they're facing to, and reach out the sales department to book their next cruise.
